Stolen Youth Football Jerseys

  Broadcast Time:     10:05 am        Date: April 7, 2024 The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating stolen property. During the early evening hours on April 6, 2024, a package was stolen from the front porch of a residence in the area of Mackenzie Street North and Durand Street. That package contained jerseys for the Bluewater Flag Football League, which is a youth flag football league. Road Re-opened

The collision took place on Lakeshore Road at Dell Ave, in the City of Sarnia. The area of Lakeshore Road between Carl Street and Hillcrest Drive has now re-opened. Robbery – Devine Street

  Broadcast Time:    5:00pm                    Date: April 5, 2024   On April 3rd, 2024, at 6:40pm the Sarnia Police Services responded to 811 Devine Street for a robbery that had just occurred. The 23 year old victim resides in an apartment at this address and is prescribed opioids for a medical condition. A male suspect knocked on the apartment door indicating there was an emergency outside asking for help. The victim answered, at which time the male held a knife to the occupant’s stomach, demanding her prescription medication. She provided a quantity of her medication and the suspect fled on foot. Northgate Pharmacy Robbery Update

  Broadcast Time:    2:00pm                Date: April 3, 2024   The Sarnia Police Service, Criminal Investigations Division continue to investigate the daytime robbery which occurred at the Northgate Pharmacy on March 13, 2024. The Northgate Pharmacy is located within the Northgate Plaza on Exmouth Street, in the City of Sarnia. Unprovoked Assault – Napier Street/Durand Street

  Broadcast Time:        11:00am            Date: April 2, 2024   On March 30th, 2024 at approximately 8:30pm, a 57 year old female, was walking her dogs near the intersection of Napier Street and Durand Street, in the City of Sarnia. As the female was stopped to pick up her dog’s stool, an unknown party, completely unprovoked, struck her from behind in the face, twice, with a closed fist. Drug Search Warrant – Cotterbury Street

Broadcast Time:                                Date: On March 27, 2024, members of the Sarnia Police Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the Sarnia Police Criminal Investigations Division executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant at a residence in the 100 block area of Cotterbury Street in Sarnia. During the execution of the search warrant, two individuals were arrested without incident. On March 12, 2024, a break and enter occurred at a residence on Magnolia Lane. Two (2) high end bicycles were taken along with tools and a wallet containing multiple pieces of identification and credit cards. The items taken have an approximate value of $3500.
