Sarnia Police Service to host Community Town Hall Meeting
Please join the Sarnia Police Service (SPS) as we host a community town hall meeting. This is an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from the SPS on many issues facing our residents and businesses.
Members of the Sarnia Police Service Board, Chief Derek Davis, and other members of the Sarnia Police team will provide community updates on key topics such as the response to encampments (including Rainbow Park), catch and release, the impacts of decriminalization and the challenges for those who live and work in the downtown core.

“Complex issues that impact the safety and well-being of communities cannot be addressed by any one organization or sector. It requires the collective efforts of many partners working towards common goals, objectives and outcomes. The Sarnia Police Service recognizes the importance of working with our community toward viable solutions, built upon open and candid communication. It is important that we make ourselves available to answer questions, provide facts, and share some of the challenges we face as police.” - SPS Chief Derek Davis
