Police Investigating a Residential Break and Enter on Elizabeth Ave.

On January 7, 2025 at approximately 6:46 PM, an unknown suspect broke into a residence on Elizabeth Avenue through a basement window but was confronted by an occupant of the home.  The suspect immediately fled the residence empty handed through the same window.

The occupant searched the area for the suspect for approximately 10 minutes before calling police.

Uniformed officers along with the K9 unit (Officer Urban and Vader) attended the area and attempted to locate the suspect with negative results.

The suspect is described as a male roughly 5'5" tall, wearing a full face mask, a dark coloured jacket (possibly green) with a black hood, grey or black pants and grey work boots.
