Mischief call results in arrest

On February 15, 2025 at 7:25pm, police were called to a Victoria Street South residence in Sarnia.  A caller reported an unknown male on their neighbours porch kicking the door and damaging the wooden railing.  Previous calls had been received for this same individual.  Police attended the area and located the male in a nearby convenience store.  

Investigation revealed that the male had outstanding warrants with Huntsville OPP, and was subject to two probation orders.  The male became increasingly agitated and was subsequently informed he was under arrest.  The male immediately refused to comply, and began resisting.  He was quickly subdued and taken into custody. 

David KACZMAREK 39 years, of no fixed address (Sarnia), was held for bail on the following charges:

• Resist peace officer
• Mischief under $5000
• Fail to comply with probation X 2
