Arrest made in January Cathcart Blvd break and enter

On January 12, 2025, at 7pm, police were called to the 700 block of Cathcart Blvd in the City of Sarnia.  

The complainant had observed a male suspect exiting her apartment, fleeing westbound toward Colbourne Road.  She later discovered that her cell phone and prescription drugs had been stolen. 

Investigation revealed that the male had been observed in the building hours prior to the entry.  Images of the suspect were captured on security systems, resulting in him being positively identified.  However, as the individual was not associated to any specific address and his whereabouts were unknown, a warrant for his arrest was issued.  

On February 16 2025 at 4:20am, officers on patrol located the male in the area of London Road and Christina Street.  He was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant.  

Ryan BOUDREAU 44 years of no fixed address (Sarnia) has been held for bail on the following charges:
