On March 21st, 2024, Cole Dew was arrested in connection to numerous criminal charges in relation to break and enters and thefts centered around the Brights Grove area, within the City of Sarnia.
Wyatt Mitchell (32 years) was previously arrested on March 16, 2024 in relation to the same occurrences.
Cole Dew (28 years of age) has been arrested for the following offences (25 counts in total):
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, CC 355(a) – (15 Counts)
- Mischief Over $5000, CC 430(3) – (4 Counts)
- Theft of Motor Vehicle, CC333.1 – (2 Counts)
- Break and Enter a Place – Commit Indictable Offence, CC 348(1)(b) (4 counts)
Cole Dew has been remanded into custody and his next court date is April 12, 2024.
