Arrest Made in Violent Home Invasion

  Broadcast Time: 9:35 pm                Date: September 28, 2023 On July 22nd 2023, at 2:15am, Sarnia Police Service (SPS) responded to a 9-1-1 call for an intruder inside a residence on Earlscourt Drive in the city of Sarnia. The 81-year-old male victim was asleep inside his home when suddenly awaked by the accused standing in his bedroom. The victim, who had difficulty understanding the accused’s demands, was violently attacked and sustained extensive and serious injuries from an edged weapon. Stolen Motorcycle Recovered After Brief Pursuit

On September 20, 2023, just prior to 2 a.m., an officer on patrol attempted to stop a motorcycle in the area of London Road and Superior Street for a traffic violation.
