Emma Street Search Warrant- Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Seized

Sarnia Police execute Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant, yielding significant quantity of illicit substances.

 

 

On Friday, April 19, 2024, at approximately 8:17 pm, the Sarnia Police Criminal Investigations Division, supported by the Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant in the 300-block area of Emma Street, Sarnia. During the execution, officers arrested two individuals without incident. Among them was Bradley FURTAH (36), a resident of Sarnia. Upon searching FURTAH, officers discovered a significant quantity of crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl, meticulously packaged for distribution.

 

A further search of the residence yielded additional evidence, including fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, packaging materials, and a sum of cash. The total seizure included 37.21 grams of Fentanyl, 12.56 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, and $1735.00 in cash, amounting to a street value of $6,209.50.

 

As a result of the investigation, Bradley FURTAH has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking crystal methamphetamine, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000. FURTAH remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
