The Sarnia Police Emergency Response Team has successfully taken a male suspect into custody in connection with an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Exmouth Street earlier today. Following the swift and coordinated efforts of the Sarnia Police, the situation has been resolved, and there is no longer a concern for public safety in the area.
While a police presence will remain in the vicinity for investigative purposes, all barricades have been removed, and Exmouth Street is now reopened to the public. Additional updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
